Number one - Eat a healthy diet. Number two - Start a regular exercise program. For women's health, exercise is nearly as important as a healthy diet (if not more so). This crucial step needs your full commitment. It's essential that you exercise five days a week for at least thirty minutes. Number five - Protect your skin. Your skin is the largest organ in your body and skin cancer is the number one cancer. And skin cancer, if not treated early, can be deadly. So stay out of the direct sun (no more than 30 minutes a day) as much as possible. Keep yourself covered and wear a natural sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least fifteen when exposed to the sun for any more than 30 minutes.
