Some Notes On Raymond Mill Operation

Before starting Raymond mill, all access doors should be check to close tightly

Start up winnowing pan hoister; 2. Start up jaw crusher; 3. After material is available to storage bin, then analysis engine can be started up; 4. Start up blower (start without load, load after running normally); 5. Start host engine of Raymond mill, electro-vibrating feeder is started as starting host engine. At this time, grinding of Raymond mill begins.

Brief working order of Raymond mill is as follows:

1. First, power off feeder to stop feeding

2. After about one minute, host engine is stopped

3. After blowing the remaining powder clean, and stop blower

4. Last, power off analytical engine

Shutdown sequence of Raymond mill is: FeederHost engineblowerAnalytical engine

Note: After material is delivered by hoister for a certain amount, crusher should be stopped before stopping hoister, this item should vary with storing amount.

It is not allowed to fuel filling at will to Raymond mill while it is working normally, so as to ensure safety of production. When there is abnormal noise occurs or load is suddenly increased, the machine should be stopped immediately to expel malfunctions, so as to avoid serious accidents.
