Cismigiu Garden, found in the very middle of the city is regarded as one of the most stunning of the gardens in Bucharest, and it is also the oldest park in the city as well. It's a great place to head to during both the summer and the winter. During the winter it acts as an ice skating rink, and during the summer, there are boats you can rent to go out on the lake and soak in the sunshine.
