That simply isn't true.

Today I want to give some brief tips of keeping your brain operating much more efficiently, and with much more power and quality.


1.To teach what you know as a lesson

Explaining and teaching what you know to other people may help you remember and understand what you know better. The questions they may ask can make you take a deeper look at the question. Besides,teach the next generation, and you'll power up your own generator.

2.Have a open minded and be a lifelong learner

One of the best ways to ensure that your mind doesn't liquidate into the consistency of a pina colada is to continue to give it a reason to function. Work it. Challenge it. Teach it new things.

3.Stop and spare some time for thinking

If you are facing any difficulties or some situation that you cannot understand, it may be the time for you to think. How to deal with the case? What should be the best measures to make all things right? Or maybe you should re-consider your choices, your life and, yourself.

4.Check your genes fit

Your genes contain secrets of yourself.
