Not only does it keep up energy levels but it can reduce your appetite as well as flushing out toxins accumulated in your body. Try eating plenty of foods with a high water content such as watermelon and tomatoes as this will fill you up without adding calories.

Be wary of food that states it is low fat as it may be that the fat is replaced by calorie rich sugars. Limit the amount of tea and coffee you drink as the sugar and milk you add can all add up and prevent you losing weight. Drinking black tea is fine.
