, applicants are always thinking of many ways just to get impress to the interviewer. Because in an interview portion you have to show the best from you so that you will get the job you want. But because of so many qualified applicants you will become also aware of their backgrounds or even take a look at their strategy on how to answer wisely in front of the interviewer.

You will be more shaking when you come up to a panel interview knowing that many people are looking on you and try to have a good impression from you. One on one interview will be safer than this one. But if you have enough ideas and tips on how to face it then what ever kind of interview you are facing you will be able to reach all the qualities of being a smart applicant.

I want to share my experience and ideas I had learned on my past interviews through this article. Hope it will help you also.

* Be punctual. Being early in the scheduled time for the interview can give you lots of benefits. You can prepare everything, for example if the venue is just new to or dont know the place yet then you have enough time to look for it. You can also gather some few ideas to other applicants who are early also.

*Good grooming and proper posture. For those prestigious companies they are preferably looking for smarty applicants. Just looking for a personal outlook then they may get interested to you if you had proper posture and good grooming. You should wear formal business attire preferably wear blazer to look more formal. Dull looks will just give you a wrong impression and can lead you to a failure interview.

*Greetings. When you enter the company premises you have to greet all people you will meet. Because in that way, who knows that one of the person you meet and greet is the one who conduct for an interview. It will give you big points from it. Especially when you enter to the place where interview shall happen you should greet him/her. In additional you have to knock first the door before entering the room for a proper respect to them. Much better to vow when you greet them.

*Questions and answer portion. The very first thing you have to remember is having an eye to eye contact to the interview during answering to the questions. Answer the questions briefly and dont make your answer to long that can make the interviewer get bore listening to you.

1.Describe yourself and give as some of your hobbies and interest.

Answer: You have to introduce yourself but just state the important information from you. Regarding to your hobbies and interest, you have to state also hobby and interest that is related to the position you are applying for.

2.If given a chance to be a part of this company what is your goal?

Answer: If given a chance to be a part of your prestigious company my goal is to enhance my skills and abilities and become more financially stable in the sense that I can help my family.

3.Why are you applying in our company?

Answer: Because I know that your company has a strong foundation and can help achieve my goals in life.
