Egypts rich legacy, as one of the worlds first inhabited areas, means there are plenty of monuments and relics to visit. Dividing time between the Red Sea resort and the antiquities of the country is how many people enjoy spending time at the Sharm Cliff Holiday Naama Bay.

For those who prefer a more traditional holiday, theres plenty of other ways to soak up the atmosphere and have fun. There is a promenade packed with shops, cafes and restaurants, ideal for experiencing the local tastes, proclivities and delicacies. Because the promenade is situated on the seafront, there is much fresh cuisine that is fish based. Italian, Chinese and Lebanese are popular too. For those wanting takeaways, many recognisable brands are also found there.

Nighttimes are as exciting as anywhere in Europe, with many bars and clubs to choose from. Try the Underground Bar to begin its owners are a British couple, so youll be welcomed with cold British beer and traditional British grub. They can also give advice about wheres good to go. If you love cocktails, the Mayday Lounge is locally renowned for them, or for a more chilled out evening, try the Ice Bar literally made of ice. For more cultured entertainment, there are many bars in Naama Bay that host Egyptian themed nights, featuring local music and belly dancing.
