. The gadget is said to fit in the middle of the available Xperia X10 and Xperia X10 mini. The basic reason after the launch of this gadget is to attract the customers who disliked the X10s just because of their large size.

The Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 when compared with X10 has a smaller capacity camera of 3.15 MP but the picture quality is much better as the screen in Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 is filled with 16 M colors in contrast with 65K colors of Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. The touch screen that this gadget will have will be a 3.0 inches TFT capacitive touchscreen embedded with features like Scratch-resistant surface, Accelerometer sensor and Timescape UI.

The gadget like any other smart phone will work on quad band technology and support both 2G and 3G networks as well as is said to be Wi-Fi and bluetooth enabled. The Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 will come in White, Dark Blue/ White, Aqua Blue/ White, Pink/ White and Silver/ White colors to attract and rule the customers heart.
