Madrid, the capital of Spain, is in every sense an evolutionary story, which probably explains why it has happening nightclubs and centres of cultural excellence mutually coexisting, each representing its own viewpoint without conflicting at any point in time. True, Madrid does not have the pseudo mark of approval of tourists, much like Barcelona, or for that matter any other of the popular European cities, but that is what sets it apart from the usual destination. There is no Eiffel Tower, or Colosseum, and any similar structure that can serve as an identity of Madrid, but the essence of the city resides in everything, and not just one or two iconic structures. There are striking art galleries, constantly upbeat nightlife, and basically everything else that is expected out of a not so popular yet extremely enjoyable city, including a host of fine dining restaurants and a vibrant music setting.
