Admittedly responsible for sending literally billions of Unsolicited Commercial Email messages (UCE), Richter made headlines again recently when his spam-fed cash cow, MediaBreakaway aka "OptinRealBig", filed for bankruptcy protection in U.S. federal court in his home state of Colorado.
