These institutions often need part-time teachers only because unlike their regular curriculum, students in these classes can vary in numbers. At times there are more students, at times there are less. So sometimes there's no sense in keeping a regular one. But this is perfect for those who have day jobs but are gifted in imparting knowledge to others.

Car repairs are costly no doubt. But for those who have experience and are good enough to not have to bring their cars to the mechanic, they can make auto repairs as their sideline.
