Special security arrangements for Vaikuntha Ekadashi
ISKCON Sri Radha Krishna-chandra Mandir is all geared up to celebrate Vaikuntha Ekadashi and the security arrangements for the auspicious day is very tight.
On this auspicious day all temples in Bangalore are flooded with devotees. And this year again devotees in huge number are expected to visit the ISKCON Bangalore. To handle this huge crowd and manage the multiple ques that will be there for the darshan, the temple authorities have made some special arrangements.
Along with the normal foot wear stands special buffer zones have been made where the devotees and the visitors can wait for their turn for darshan. To felicitate the security and to assist the temple authorities to help them to manage the crowd, the temple has employed special security force, consisting of almost two fifty personals.
Keeping the safety aspect in mind, the visitors and devotees won't be allowed to carry big bags and mobile phones inside the temple. All the small bags and other belongings will be checked. For this day, the temple has been equipped with several metal detectors and other security equipments. Special parking facility has been made for the donors in the former GKW premises beside the temple. Local police is also assisting the temple for the security arrangements. Around 200 police officials will be stationed in and around the temple premises.
Along with this a lot of devotees and volunteers have volunteered to offer their services.
