Spectrum Healthcare, promoted by Dr. Viral Shah, started in September, 1990. The idea was set up with the object of providing multi-disciplinary healthcare services.
The promoter perceived a need to set up a centre to provide comprehensive diagnostic care, since no such facility existed in the city at the time. This was confirmed by an ORGMARG study and the promoter set up a centre, using the brand name, Spectrum Healthcare, in 1995.
The centre conducts comprehensive health check-ups, in addition to pre-employment and insurance screening tests.
First Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, promoted by Dr. Viral Shah, is an organization dedicated entirely to providing health care plans. Branded as Spectrum Healthcare, it seeks to compete directly with the schemes offered by leading hospitals by offering a luxurious ambiance and a highly personalized service.
