Speed up Kasab's case

The court should speed up Kasab's case. It has been pending since two and a half year and the court is going really slow in taking any decision against him since he is from Pakistan. Whole of India has witnessed that massive terrorist attack but still the court delayed the judgement saying that they do not have enough witness or evidence against him. The CCTV cameras had so much of footage that showed Kasab present there with an AK47 rifle and also a clear photograph which showed the same. A magistrate also got a recorded voice of Kasab confessing the truth. Isn't that enough evidence required for a court to pass a judgement against someone?

The high court has recently passed on 21st of Feb passed a Death sentence for Kasab. But the Pakistani's have not accepted it and have requested the Indian judiciary to allow a Pakistani magistrate to come to India and personally investigate the case and also speak to the Indian magistrate who got the record of Kasab admitting that he has committed the crime. Why should the Indian Government allow the Pakistani's to do so? Ain't the Indian judicial system efficient enough to find out the truth?

The fury in the minds of the Indian citizens has been increasing on this particular issue. The eyes of the victims are still craving for justice. Now the court should 'Speed up' the judgement and hang him to death as fast as possible. Because he doesn't deserve any mercy and to live in Indian on our cost. He has killed several of our Indians mercilessly and therefore he deserves the same treatment.

As a citizen of India I would not feel safe in a country where such a terrorist is kept alive who has committed such a huge crime. It is arequest to the Indian judiciary system that, "Please hang Kasab before his natural death."
