Irene's compassion not only lies with the spirit but also with the client. Irene herself is a natural medium; the technique she uses comes to her directly from her spiritual helpers/guides, so no one clearing is alike. Everything Irene knows has been taught to her since an early age by the spirit world. She refuses to learn from people or from books, believing this would contaminate her knowledge.

Due to the unique nature of Spirit Rescue, who and how Irene helps is determined on a case-by-case basis, centred on the needs of the client.

Irene is often recognized by working as an energy worker and until recently has worked alone. With the upsurge in paranormal activity across the world, she has decided to reach out further to help people. Irene has now researched and sought out the help of other individuals who each possess their own special gifts to assist her in her work.

Paranormal investigator and remote viewer, Lon Strickler of 'Phantoms and Monsters', became a part of the SRI team in 2010. Lon's wife, Vanessa Strickler of 'Vanessa's Angels' also took on the role of SRI Team Coordinator. Lon and Vanessa are based in Baltimore, MD. Judith Martin of New Orleans, LA has also come on board as a researcher. Judith is the moderator at the 'P&M' wiki and has a diverse paranormal background.

Currently, the SRI on-site investigation team in the United Kingdom includes Irene and three other local investigators. There are also six original worldwide researchers and councilors who assist in most cases.

Barry Taff, PhD. has recently become an associate of SRI as a paranormal advisor. He worked as a researcher in the former parapsychology laboratory at UCLA's Neuropsychiatric Institute where he studied telepathy, precognition, and remote viewing as well as poltergeists, doppelgangers and UFOs. Dr. Taff's research has been published in numerous journals, periodicals, magazines and books over the last 40+ years. He has been the principal investigator on more than 4,500 cases of poltergeists and hauntings, one of which became the bestselling book and motion picture'The Entity'.

As associates of SPIRIT RESCUE INTERNATIONAL , we value a team approach. Each individual brings something special to the case and compiles the evidence needed to do a successful spirit rescue. Once all the information has been collected from the client, the case will then be transferred over to Irene to perform the clearing. All cases will remain confidential; no cases will be published without the written authorisation of the client. To date, all rescues and clearings have been successful. There is always that chance of failure of which the client will be made aware of fully. Following the clearing an after care programme will follow. This is where the client and their home will be monitored with a sequence of report emails inquiring on how well the client and the feel of the home are. Alongside the after care programme, the clients also receive appropriate advice and education on how to maintain a positive energy within their home and how to protect against attracting negative energy to themselves or within their home.
