Due to the mild winter, our staff has already begun estimating jobs and making recommendations

to our customers regarding their Asphalt needs for the upcoming season. As a Commercial Paving Contractor in Albany, we work with businesses, schools, hospitals, developers, and municipalities throughout Albany and the entire Capital District region.

If your parking lot or roadways have some minor damage, such as potholes, blacktop depressions, spider cracks or storm drain issues we provide the services to repair these damaged areas. In addition to these services, we also install new parking lots and roadways, full depth repairs and mill out and resurface your parking lots and roadways. As a full service paving contractor we offer commercial seal coating, hot crack sealing and parking lot striping.

To kick off our Spring Season we are offering discount pricing to our customers. In addition to discount pricing we offer 3-5 year maintenance plans to existing and new customers. We work with the client to support and educate them about the wisest and most cost effective ways to maintain their parking lots and roadways. When we schedule paving, seal coating and striping work with customers we are sensitive to customer"s time constraints and set it up with as little inconvenience to their business as possible.

We strongly recommend to customers to do their due diligence and hire only a reputable paving and seal coating contractor. Some suggestions are to check the contractor's rating with the Better Business Bureau, check their website, check references, check to see if they are a member of the Chamber of Commerce and get certificates of insurance, both General Liability and Worker's Compensation. To reduce the chance of any unforeseen problems, making sure the contractor is the right size company to handle your project is important. Be clear the contractor has the necessary equipment and resources to complete the job on time. Also, be aware of companies that are so big that your project doesn't get put on the back burner.
