Sprint offers an OTA update HTC EVO 4G

Early in the morning, Sprint began developing a new over-the-air(OTA) update HTC EVO 4G

. New software(currently version 1.47.651.1) weighs 21 MB and takes only a few minutes to install.

If this is your first OTA update, make sure that the phone can be used for a short period until you restart the device(I think I counted four restart).

No date has been provided on Android 2.2 update, but I would expect we see it no later than August.
