Stainless Steel Products For Industrial Sector
Stainless steel is a steel alloy with a minimum of 11% or 10.5% chromium content by mass
. It has been more than a many decades, it is considered as the core substance for almost all the industries ranging from electronics to heavy industry, constructions unit to automobiles, home appliances to computer peripherals and to many more. Almost every single industry utilizes steel and its products in one or the other way. Furthermore, steel also includes with features properties such as corrosion and rust resistance. Besides, it involves a low maintenance cost and proves to be a cost effective solution for various industries in longer run. With such features, stainless steel profiles have seen lot of transactional movement in its demand.
Nowadays, industries are constantly in search of steel profiles which can match their standards and provide them with quality solution they require. Steel is used everywhere and its products are considered as the foundation for every industries. These profiles are transformed into many varieties, shapes, grades and types to match different industrial applications and requirements. There are two main profiles of steel which includes shape wire and flat wire.
Stainless steel Shape Wire: -
Shape wires are those wires which are mainly used for welding purposes. The quality of these wires is very high which has good corrosion resistance, highly durableness, sturdiness and are rust free. These shape wires are further categorized into TIG, SAW and MIG wires.
1.TIG Wires: - Tungsten inert gas (TIG) is an arc welding process which uses tungsten electrode to weld. The wires used in the process of TIG welding are TIG wires.
2.SAW Wires: - Submerged arc welding (SAW) is a welding process which requires continuously solid or tabular electrode. The wires used during in this process are SAW wires.
3.MIG Wires: - Metal inert gas (MIG) is an electric arc welding process where a shielding gas is fed through welding gun. The wires used during in this process are MIG wires.
Apart from the above three, these wires are also used in various industrial application processes such as filtration in petrochemical, water, pulp & food industries, packaging industries and more.
Stainless steel Flat Wire: -
Flat wires are rust free, durable, sturdy and corrosion resistant form of steel which is mainly used by construction industries, where chloride level is high. These wires are infused with Molybdenum element, and are very high corrosion resistant. Due to its various features and properties, it helps building long lasting construction units.
