How I got started online? It was not easy for me to start an internet business.

I went into ad typing jobs, surfing internet with banners on my browser to make some cash, took surveys to earn some profits, read emails to make money and did various other things. I looked into many options and all I received was a truckload of frustration and disappointment.

I wasted my first 3 years doing all these stupid things and wasted thousands of dollars purchasing e-books and get rich quick schemes. Starting a home internet business was not easy, I figured that out.

I was persistent and I finally started to create my first website back in 2004. It was a content website of 50 pages. It took me 6 months to create that website. When I waited for Mr. Google to send me traffic, it did not happen.

I was stressed out. Finally I learned few things out of this massive struggle that I want to share with you in this article.

My second website that I launched in 2006 finally drove in over 100k visitors and made approximately $30k in revenue. To start an internet business you need the right system to follow.

I worked very hard, faced years of failures and finally cracked the code. There are several small startup website ideas. You should focus on one and avoid multi-tasking till you have mastered that one system.

How you can get started using 3 simple steps?

Step 1 - Website Traffic.

The first step that you must master while you are building an internet business is to make sure that you learn how to drive massive loads of targeted traffic to your website. Without traffic you will fail even if you have the best product and the best website on earth.

Step 2 - Write Emails.

When you have traffic rolling to your website you have to capture the name and email address of your website visitors. Email them with useful content; help them out by solving their problems in your niche. This will build solid relationship with your leads slowly and steadily.

Step 3 - Create Products.

To start an internet business and make money online you need quality products to sell. Initially I started an online business selling affiliate products and slowly and steadily I created my own products to sell to my subscribers.

You can do this too. Start an internet business by reviewing high quality affiliate products and then create your own products and coaching program.
