Walking is the one activity that is taken for granted because we must walk to get from room to room

You can even break up your walk into10 minute sessions if you have a busy schedule, just remember that a little walk break' will lead to a more productive day and keep in mind the benefits of lowering your blood pressure.
When you discover how much you enjoy walking, try a trail walk in the park or around a local lake. Walking sticks will give you a feeling of security on uneven terrain and a stylish look as well.
