If you cannot get hold of such a knife, a knife which has an 8" blade must be used. Keep the foam on the table, and keep the knife at a vertical position while you are cutting the foam. If you are using an electrical knife, do not try to saw through the foam. Instead let the knife cut through the foam itself. When you square a corner, end a cut there and start from the other direction ending where you ended the previous cut.
