To clean your printer drum, you can consult the technician so you will know the procedure you must do and you can prevent the bad thing which can happen.

1. For the first step, you must open the printer and do removing the toner of your cartridge.

2. For the next procedure, you need to inspect the drum so you know what happens with it. If you think that it is dirty, you must clean it. But, if you feel that it is damage, it must be replaced so it can work properly.

5. Also, you need to put some drops of alcohol on a lint-free cloth which is soft to some areas that look dirty. In cleaning the drum, you must be careful in wiping it.

6. For the next step, you must check other parts and clean them carefully. After the process is done, you must install them back and test it to know that it has already worked properly.
