All of the major indexes have surpassed the January highs and has resumed its bull market run that started over a year ago on March 10, 2009. Our current assumption is the bull run should continue to make higher highs after any pullbacks.

RIG, TransOcean and other oil companies are still on fire and moving up on Obamas statements last week on allowing offshore drilling to occur. This was clearly a surprise as most people expected him to side with the environmentalists. Other stocks in oil sector: DO, SLB, SU, NE, EOG, CLR, and many other smaller independent oil stocks.
HOS, Hornbeck Offshore moved up another 5.8% on Monday and if still long, watch closely and consider selling next 1-2 days.
RHT, Red Hat had another up day today for 4 consecutive days. If still long, watch closely and consider closing next 1-2 days.
DCTH, Delcath Systems, notes under focus chart, important to read if short.

DCTH, Delcath Systems is a new bullshort that wasnt acting good today and this short was closed. This should have gone down to $8 to $8.10 but instead made a higher high from Thursday and the way it is acting, investors who bought this stock long look like they are waiting for news due to be released in early April on a FDA Phase 3 trial results. Strongly consider closing this short and stand on sidelines until we get a better pattern on this bullshort.
