a portable maintenance lift that can be used from everything ranging from overhead maintenance, routine repairs near the ceiling, construction, inventory control, and, of course, stock selection and restocking

Workmaster and Stockmaster stock pickers are a much more economical and practical investment than scissor lifts or boom lifts because they are powered by the fork truck and require no internal fuel or electric power to operate. There is no longer any need to invest in a self-powered lift that ends up sitting idle.

With fork truck add-ons, you can combine the maneuverability and portability of a fork lift with a cost-effective, specialized platform designed engineered for worker safety and efficient process flow.

Stock picker platforms feature a number of attributes that make them well worth your investment.

To begin with, each features an expanded mesh rear panel that allows workers a 360 degree view, but also reduces the possibility of accidental contact with the fork truck.

There are two basic platforms designs. One is a platform designed for repairs, construction, service, and stock work. The other is made only for stocking in narrow aisles.

Work and Stocking Platform

This is the larger platform that features a wide platform designed to accommodate both stocking and maintenance functions. Many electricians and repair workers use it to get to higher elevations and perform their work faster. Several platform sizes are available that give workers plenty of leg room and room for tools and equipment.

*A dual action gate swings inward or outward for easy access to the work platform.

*Safety is provided by strong 2 three quater inch O.D. guardrails with mid rails.

*The platform itself is large, with a skid resistant surface. A four inch toe board keeps tools and equipment from falling off the platform.

*Unit fastens to fork truck with a tine lock and a tine chain that secure it in place.

*Full length tine sleeves adapt to almost all fork lift trucks.

Aisle Stocking Platform

This is a narrower platform designed to use in stock selection and inventory control in narrow aisles and small warehouse spaces. Designed to get the stock handler and the pallet to overhead shelves safely and efficiently, it features the same basic structural and material construction as the Workmaster.

*6 foot swivel tail protection lanyard mounts overhead to an 84 inch back guard to maintain ANSI compliance.

*Full body harness available as additional purchase item is available.

*Room for one attendant and one 42 inch deep pallet

*4 inch toe board keeps materials on the platform

There are also a number of accessories that can customize the Workmaster and Stockmaster platforms.

Horizontal Tube Caddy

For repair work, this is an ideal way to store light bulbs. The horizontal caddy slides onto the side rails of the Workmaster and stores 4 foot and 8 foot fluorescent light bulbs. The caddy has a two-tray design that separates old bulbs from new bulbs.

Vertical Tube Caddy

This accessory performs the same function as its horizontal equivalent, only its vertical design preserves more valuable platform space for tools, supplies, and equipment.

Overhead Guard

When using a stock picker platform in an environment with lots of falling debris, this guard protects workers from falling objects. The guard rises a total of 80 inches from the platform deck to the top of the guard.

Optional Casters

These casters bolt to the tine sleeves and allow you to roll the unit into storage when it is not attached to a forklift.

Sliding Tool Tray

Save stock picker platform space by leaving the toolbox on the warehouse floor. Store tools in the sliding tool tray and keep them within easy reach.
