Stop a Broken Heart - Turn Breaking Up Into Making Up With Poetry

You may think this cannot work for you but it can. You cannot stop a broken heart without having a way to process your feelings. This method of healing should include these common goals. Write these down and keep them in mind should you choose to use this method.

They are:

- Understand your feelings

- Release them in a healthy manner

- Discover solutions to the pain

- Have a more positive outlook for the future

Poetry can help you achieve those things and much more. It may not always result in you getting that special someone to come running back to you but... It can better prepare you for such a thing. The important thing right now is to get yourself to a point where you are at piece with the way things are right now.

You probably think that you are no good at writing poetry. That does not matter one bit. The only thing that matters is you and whatever you are dealing with at the moment. In some cases I could see where poetry has to be really good to serve its purpose. But in your quest to stop a broken heart then any type of poetry will help put things into perspective.

But once you do all of this then you should be able to see things in more positive way. And if a breakup of a recent relationship is what started this whole mess then maybe you should really consider what kind of solutions exist to turn things around. I mean what better way to stop a broken heart than to rebuild a broken relationship.

Some people do come up with way to make this happen only to later find that they were on the wrong path the whole time. You can afford to make mistakes in some areas of life but, this is not one of them. It is pretty much a one shot deal. And if it is done wrong then it is over with.

So it is only good judgment on your part to let someone who is experienced in this area take you by the hand. And let him show you step by step exactly was has to be done in order for you to reclaim the one that got away.
