Strategies To Decipher Internet Work From Home Scams

What if you knew you were in the middle of an internet work from home scam long before

you invested in an internet work from home opportunity? The fact is you can. There are signs to look for that will you help you tell if you are being lead into a scam.

1. No representative to talk to. If the company does not provide contact information for you to talk to a representative, or if they make it difficult to get through to a person, you should not do business with the company. Asking questions and addressing the concerns you have will always be an option with legitimate companies.

2. The company can't prove success. Fraudulent companies cannot show you solid evidence that the company has been, and still is, creating profits for its members. If a company isnt willing to share success stories then obviously this should be a red flag for you.

You should be skeptical of companies that have only been around for a year because there is not enough information about them for you make a good judgment call. As well companies with no testimonials offsite should also be avoided.

If you do a Google search on the company you will often see lots of entries about the company and see what they have to say about it. Also ask in internet work at home forums to get real opinions of the company.

3. Suspicious testimonials from the company. 99 percent of all companies have testimonials on their sites these days. Companies that are fraudelent will always have "strange and different" type of testimonials. Little information is given such as the testimonial doesnt give you one or all of the following things: a picture, URL, date, location and most importantly a name. Always visit the URL on the testimonial, if one is provided, and ask the website owner questions about the product.

4. The company charges you to sell their product. If the company asks you to pay upfront to sell their product, don't look twice just walk away. You should not pay to sell someone else's product. You are doing them a favor and it is a scam if you are charged for it.

If the company claims you are buying a "business" then find out what exactly you are purchasing. Are you getting a high quality website, marketing materials, your own personal mentor, and essential internet work at home tools or are you paying for information.
