Let's face it, not all of us can increase our sleep to the extent where we need it
but we may be able to get better sleep during the time that we are able to afford it. Avoiding drinking alcohol before going to bed, along with avoiding any heavy meals for several hours before sleeping will allow your body to get more quality sleep during a short amount of time that you are sleeping. It isn't the best solution to this problem, but it is one that will help you to sort out your stress in the mean time.
