College life leaves lifelong lasting impressions on any students

. College is associated with science, studies, libraries, and of course, parties and loyal friends. But does every student think of his/her health during his/her student life on campus? Not surprisingly, students undermine their health with chaotic way of living in college and academic pressure. So, how can a student stay healthy in college and even acquire more strength?

Reasons of poor health

There are a lot of factors in college that can break students health. They include:

Constant stress. It may be triggered by approaching exams, tests, deadlines, etc.


Lack of sleep that is closely connected with the first factor. If a student cannot cope with heaps of tasks at day time, so he/she study at night. But this applying only to students who are indulgent in studies. Those who attend parties lack sleep because parties usually last till dawn. However, this way or another, students are always sleepy.

Unhealthy diet. Female students often resort to unhealthy diets refusing any food to keep slim. But on the whole, hectic students life leaves no time for them to eat. So they stuff themselves with unhealthy fast food and snacks.

Maintaining good health

However, there are a lot of ways to stay healthy and energetic in college not missing any college experience:

Sleep in college should be one of the main priorities. Go to bed at a regular hour and do not stay up late. This improves concentration and the way one feels. Besides, sleep reduces stress. Try to establish a sleeping pattern that fits every criterion and stick to it.

Eat well, eat healthy substantial breakfast, drink water and do sports. It is all very easy when once tried. So, do morning exercises, walk on campus or bike. Allocate time for eating and always keep some healthy snacks at hand. Once a student develops those healthy habits, he/she will never give up a healthy way of living.
