Student Enclaves: Is It Reasonable to Live Off-Campus?

The Great Britain has faced with the problem of student enclaves who reside in off-campuses and prevent the native population from normal living

. These enclaves often provoke a lot of problems, especially in summer time, when students leave their apartments without care ignoring the people's requests. The government and ministers are trying to find some viable solution to this situation. In particular, their measures are directed against large invasion of students to the territory beyond campus.
