Hard learning and exhaustive preparations are harmful for your health
. Many students do not have much time for normal sleeping and eating and this is, perhaps, the worst experience that may occur in college life. Therefore, each student should take an effort and follow the principles of regular eating.
The outcomes of unhealthy eating
When entering the college, students leave their parents care and kitchen and, therefore, they should be ready to prepare food by themselves. As a result, an independent food intake may lead to eating disorders and stomach ulcers. What is worse is that unbalanced eating can negatively influence your psychological state thus lead excessive weight or vice versa lack of nutrition can lead to bulimia and other related diseases. All these problems can considerably hamper the learning process.
How to avoid problem of eating disorder:
1.You must have a breakfast, as this is the most crucial meal of the day. Breakfast charges your energy for the entire day. Hence, you may eat some oatmeal with fruits, or eggs and bacon everything your want.
2.Eating should be regular and well balanced. Try to have at least three meals a day in order to feel comfortable and n high spirit.
3.Watch what you eat. Try to consume more fruits, bread, vegetables and try to avoid fat food and sweet beverages they will not bring you any good.
4.Still, do not eat too much. Excessive eating can be also harmful for your health so that try not eat more than you need.
5.Always consult college doctor that can advise you how to follow a healthy diet, especially when you are always short of time.
Remember that eating disorder can also influence your learning process and future life. Therefore, it is urgent to observe all necessary rules of healthy nutrition. Besides, a well-organized day can improve your discipline and marks.
