Stress affects all students, from graduate level to the kindergarten.Causes of stress

in school children include: thugs, a mismatch between the student and the teacher, the concern of not having enough friends, not in the same class as friends, peer pressure, lack of family time in the planning of extra-curricular activities, lack of sleep, poor diet, lack of preparation, noise pollution, among others.

How students can manage stress

Students can manage stress using different techniques. The most important of them are;

1 - Create a good study environment is also a great tool for stress management. Students have different study habits. While some need a completely quiet room without interruption, others actually study better listening to soft background music. A student must choose what is best for him or her.


2 - The student also must have an organizational system for taking notes, keeping track of homework and other important documents.

3 - Learning to manage your time wisely. This is done by creating a study schedule, breaking studies into smaller pieces. In short, students are encouraged to formulate, with the help of their teachers and parents, the study schedule and stick to them.

4 - Learn to budget money, spend wisely and pay your bills on time, if any, is very important for the survival of the student and reduce stress levels.

5 - Students must take care of their bodies and minds of proper nutrition, get some exercise and get enough sleep. Seven hours of sleep each night is recommended for optimal body and brain function. Naps, no more than an hour, should also be taken when necessary.

Following these tips will greatly help to reduce stress and may even help improve your performance on exams.
