Students life is rich in different events, exciting emotions and actions. Those who have already graduated from college or university know that college life is not only parties and new friends. It is also a hard work, a lot of tests and different assignments. Colleges offer a lot of opportunities to students. First of all, it gives you desirable education and experience. During life at college students have a chance to develop some personal features of their characters. For example, they become more self-assured and self-disciplined, competent in many areas. Needless to say that students life at college can cause some stress to students due to the problems that is why it necessary to be able to cope with stress effectively. There are some ways for it:

Compose your timetable. Try to make plans for your working day, working week or even month beforehand. It is preferable to make the list of activities that you plan to do and devote certain time limit to them. It may seem very difficult, but in a month or a week, you will be able to manage tour time very effectively.

Get rid of depression. Unfortunately, depression is inevitable part of students life. It may effect negatively your life and academic process. Everyone has his/her own receipt for relaxation and getting rid of depression. The most effective way is to devote more time for rest and relaxation.

Going in for sport. Colleges offer great opportunities for those students who are fond of sport. There are many sport sections and even college sport team. If you are keen on sport, you have a chance to demonstrate your skills and, probably, become a sport star of your college.

Attend parties. A college party is you chance to relax, dance and meet new friends. These parties are usually arranged every week in college hall or in the dorm.
