Show the members of the union how much you know about leadership and why namely your leadership will be useful for the organization.

2.Make as many friends as possible. Try to meet as much people as possible. Be nice and, if in a company of people, try to stand out ask questions, give recommendations, show your intelligence.

3.Organize a unique campaign. Make up something original. Do not try to simply promote your candidature as other potential leaders do. Instead, inquire which qualities the members of the union want the leader to possess and try to prove that you have these qualities.
