Subconscious Mind Power - Can We All Reach It?

We tap into our subconscious mind power with the use of auto suggestion.

Auto suggestion is the medium for influencing the subconscious mind and is often described as self suggestion! It is the agency between the parts of the mind where conscious thought takes place and that which serves us as the seat of action, the subconscious mind.

Through the dominant thoughts that we permit to remain in the conscious mind weather those thoughts are positive or negative. No thought either positive or negative can enter the subconscious mind without this principle.

If we exercise and use the conscious mind correctly we can block negative information from entering into our subconscious mind. Auto suggestion is the vehicle by which we can feed our subconscious with thoughts of a positive nature.

How do we use auto suggestion?

The best way to use auto suggestion is to write on a piece of paper something you want to achieve. Put what you want to achieve, how you will achieve it and the date you will achieve it by. This is your statement of intent.

By reading your statement of intent twice daily you are communicating to your subconscious mind the desire for action. Through repetition of this process you are setting up dominant thought patterns that will transform your desires into actual reality.

When reading your statement of intent mix in some strong emotions, really feel that you are on your way to achieving your goal. Any thought that is emotionalised becomes a powerful driver; it gets your mind focused for action. The more you feel something is real, the more driven you will become to succeed!

Concentration is the key here. To use subconscious mind power concentrate on an idea or desire until it is so ingrained in our thoughts it becomes a habit. A subconscious success habit. Concentration is a powerful tool. If you can remain so fixed on your goal that you will see it through to fruition you will achieve anything.

The auto suggestion process will work for you as it does not favour or discriminate against anyone. It is powerful process. Program into your mind as many positively charged statements/feelings as possible. Through the use of this communication tool you can clearly convey your goals and easily access your subconscious mind power.
