Subliminal Hypnosis To Help Get Back Control

Subliminal hypnosis differs from traditional hypnosis in one significant way. In traditional hypnosis you are calmed, almost asleep, while a message is it put into your subconscious mind. With subliminal hypnosis you have a message put into your mind without your direct knowledge while you are lucid.

Webster's dictionary defines the word subliminal as: 1: inadequate to produce a sensation or a perception

2: existing or functioning below the threshold of consciousness.

Basically this means that there is something going on around you that subconsciously you are aware of but you are not aware of it on the surface. One example used to happen in movie theatres. During a movie someone would splice in one or two frames of a product. Usually this product was sold at the movie theatre. Two frames of a film are too fast for human consciousness to recognize, but your subconscious would register and react to it. This would lead to a tendency to purchase the item that was flashed. This was very lucrative for the theatres for many years.

You must remember one key thing to subliminal hypnosis that is also true for standard hypnosis. You can not get some one to do something that they do not already want to do. If a person is completely opposed to an idea you will not be able to change that idea. All hypnosis does is allow for the removal of blocks that are in place stopping a person from doing what they want to do.

The key to subliminal hypnosis is being subtle. You do not want your actions to be perceived by the conscious mind. Once they are perceived the actions are no longer effective. One thing that can be done is to have subliminal audio messages playing. Once you decide on a subliminal message you can have that overlaid with traditional music. By doing this you conscious mind will not know that you are hearing anything subliminal, all your conscious mind will register is that there is music being played.

If the same message is played repeatedly over time it will start to build up. As the message builds up over time and repetition this will make changes to your subconscious and eventually changes will take place in your conscious mind. This will in turn affect your behavior. By altering the behaviors that cause you to loose control you will be again to regain the control of almost any situation.

Subliminal hypnosis is not a quick fix. It takes time and repetition for it to take full effect. For this reason it might not be for everyone. But if you are willing to put the time, the work, and have a true desire to change your behavior the results will be well worth the effort that you put forth. You will be in control of yourself and the environment around you.
