Success in FHTM can be a really hard thing to do. I mean really, earning a big check from this business is really no walk in the park. But through knowing and using this one strategy that has been proven to work can make anyone's chances for success so much higher.
Now this is not some fancy marketing strategy but actually how you set up your FHTM business. Let me explain this.
People start in FHTM all the time not really understanding the business and how it works. But if you look at the compensation plan, you will have some idea as to the different levels or codes that are a part of the business. Here is where this strategy kicks in.
Every time someone gets a promotion and moves into a new code, they have a greater chance to make a bigger profit; meaning that with every promotion they can earn more money. But there are still people in the old codes that need to be supported and here is the best way to do this.
Create the business with someone else as a partnership. You both work the same business to have it grow and expand. The other half to this is that you both have your own set of responsibilities for building the business and having it become successful.

The other person commits to working on the training and with working on the older codes. This is where many people goof up because they are wanting to build the newest code. Through having someone focus solely on the older codes, the business will not miss out on any money.
