The offense and the passing attack ranked a dreadful 30th last year
. Fred Jackson rushed for over 1000 yards and will now be joined by number one draft choice CJ Spiller to make for a talented backfield. Buffalo was a decent 16th in the NFL for scoring defense last year but new defensive coordinator George Edwards will switch to the 3-4 which may cause some transition pains. Gailey will most certainly improve the offense and the Bills may steal a game or two along the way. If the defense can hold its own and quarterback production improve Buffalo may prove to be a dangerous dog although they are not able to contend against the best of the AFC.
