The Broncos ended up in the middle of the pack for all key offensive categories while
ranking 7th for total defense, which makes Nolan's departure a concern. McDaniels will try to build a better power running game with Knowshon Moreno, who struggled in the 2nd half of the season after a solid start. The Broncos have traded their top two offensive players in Cutler and Marshall so McDaniels could make his point as boss and try and build them on the New England model. There are plenty of skeptics as to if this is the formula for success.
