Supertech Cape Town Launched Recently In Noida

Another Cape Town will soon find its place in the NCR

. Yes, now people would find a live glimpse of the South African city Cape Town in India too, with skyscraper buildings. A new project by the Supertech Limited, named as Cape Town, will come up in Sector 74, Noida, three years from now.

Supertech Cape Town is called to be a new destination of affordable luxury homes starting from Rs 24 lakh and onwards, at the rate of Rs 2632 per sq ft. This residential project would be spread over an area of more than 50 acres. The group will invest Rs 2000 crores in this project and the rest would come from customer advances and borrowing from the banks.

The project will have two, three and four BHK options with a total count of 8000 units. The minimum offered area is 890 sq ft and maximum one is 2385 sq ft. "The project will be constructed in two phases and its completion is expected in 30 months from the date of construction", said R K Arora, chairman and managing director, Supertech.

The projects claims to offer facilities of international level including a club of 1 lakh sq ft area with facility of health related activities like massage centre, Ayurvedic therapy centre , yoga and meditation centre etc, apart from other attractions like water bodies, wave garden, amphitheatre, slope garden, kids play area, caf shops, sports centre with basketball, badminton, lawn tennis and squash court, school and medical facility.

The group, so far, has been involved in building the modern and finest residential , commercial complexes, townships, IT Parks and hotels in Delhi, NCR and new urban settlement like Meerut, Moradabad, Haridwar and Rudrapur. The most recent projects of Supertech are - Ecociti, Eco Village, Upcountry and Supertech Cape Town.

The group boasts to have sold remarkable number of flats in the past few months. According to S J Singh, vice president, corporate sales, "Supertech has sold 10,000 flats in the past three months. We are confident to sell 20,000 more flats by the end of this year across all our projects."
