Hi, I'm Robert, a professor of physics in a university. I try my best to make the subject simple so that everyone can understand physics. I use my laptop to work on experiments in a virtual environment and show results to students. I am also working on online classes to teach physics students of other states.
It was a day when I have to take online class of physics students of Princeton University. I was sitting in my home in studio cum classroom in front of webcam attached with Toshiba desktop computer and tried to start video conferencing session but couldn't succeed. I tried to do the job through my Toshiba laptop but it was also not working. It was an important session but I was getting late due to problem in desktop and laptop. I was feeling the pressure and was trying to get a solution. After searching for the solution on Internet, I called up a technical support firm for online assistance for fixing the problem related with my Toshiba desktop and laptop.
Jim, on the other side assisted me to sort out the problem with my desktop and laptop connections settings for video conferencing and upgrading the drivers. He asked me some questions about the messages that I was getting on computer monitor and guided me to change the network connection settings and upgrade Toshiba laptop drivers. After making the suggested changes I succeeded in having an online class with my students.
5-6 simple steps that he suggested made my work very easy. After getting a verbal guidance, actually I did wonder. Unbelievable but it's true, now I am getting more proposals for online classes from different universities.
