Start learning with foams known as soft surf boards size range around 6' to 8' which are available in market according to weight and balance of your body.

It helps pass through waves by breaking them. As the wave approaches towards grab your hands near chest board then role left and right so waves speed reduce towards you to provide safety, then roll completely by taking surf board on you keep your chest and stomach touched to board. For passing waves pull the board back by firmly holding front part when you are under board.

Now Catch Waves

Surfing is progressive part of surfer so trained yourself to caught the broken waves by previous technique.

Now catch the unbroken wave by paddling in good position when a wave in about 10 feet away so check shoulder to find right spot with adjustment of paddling speed.

Keep paddling and make sure as for beginner wave is about 2' feet and continue practicing this.Now glide yourself according to wave and try for standing paddling after improving in this concern.

Now Duc-Diving Key to Success

It is like duck finding prey in sea same situation in surfer, but before going to ocean learn it in small pool in which you push your body by certain speed under before the broken wave.

Ist step is to sink board by holding firmly upper part of board by bringing a knee up on backside of the surf board.

Now after the surfboard sink into water dive your upper body down where the nose of your body gone.

After heading head and chest into water, now lower body down to same position.

Now you are in complete water and pull your nose and upper part of board towards surface.

Repeat this to gin more strength and power and become a good surfer.

So these are some important beginners style and techniques which improve surf workout and skills to great extent. After learning this, you will go for intermediate surf learning techniques which need more strength and power so practice makes your body healthy and fit for the upcoming techniques.
