Indias strong economic growth has intensified infrastructure investment requirements
. Increased urbanization has also raised the number of towns and cities and this trend is likely to be sustained in future. In fact, Indias urban settlements would constitute half of the total population by 2051, projecting a bright growth for the housing industry.
