The all in one boxes are going to make the entire process easier, quicker and a whole lot more convenient. You just have to decide what kind of power you want and whether or not you want to bump up the system to a high definition quality system. While 5.1 channels was the norm for a long time, the new 7.1 channels systems are going to give you a richer, deeper sound experience and if you are using Blu-ray technology, which are specially designed for high def sound, you might consider making the upgrade; with the main difference being the number of speakers that are connected to the television.
