3. High crusher power:The key components made of the special materials speed up the crushing cavity's working process.

4. High production: Long crush arms and the long compact distance reduce the load of the sliding berarings ,gears and rack.

5. Low operation cost : Hydraulic-cavity system ,which is easy to operate ,reduces the off- time , with the low consumption and reasonable arragement.

S Series Cone Crusher Working Principle

1. Driven by the electric-motor ,the eccentric shaft bush will rotate with the triangle belt,small and big bevel gear,big bear,transmission shaft .

2. Driven by the eccentric shaft bush ,the cone crusher axis will move circlely ,which makes the mantle close or leave the cone from time to time .And then the materials will be crushed by continously compacting, striking,and bending in the circle crushing cavity between the fixed and moveable cone.

3. After several times' repeating ,the materials will be crushed to the required size and then they will be discharged by the discharging opening.
