TOSHIBA PA3399U-1BAS Battery is reaching the end of its usable life

Question:"There's been a couple of times that I'm using the computer and it will completely black out- even if it still has charge

. When I try to start it back up again, it does absolutely nothing. I always thought it just needed time to cool down. That happened to me today the only thing different is I got this message:
