The structure was originally built to protect China from the outside world. Single walls were erected and later during the Qin Dynasty the walls were connected into one, creating the inspiring wall as we know it today.

The Porcelain Tower

The Porcelain Tower is located in Nanjing, China. It rose 260 feet in the air and was deemed the essence of the East and coined the Temple of Gratitude. There are white porcelain bricks that glitter from the Earths bright sun rays and decorated with colourful porcelain panels with various images of flowers, landscapes, bamboo and animals.

The Hagia Sophia

The Hagia Sophia is one of the treasured Muslim mosques. However, the beauty lies in the fact that there are three grand religions residing in this mosque: Christianity, Judaism and Islam. This sought after tourist destination and medieval world wonder is now open as a museum.

The Leaning Tower of Pisa

While most buildings are erected straight, the Leaning Tower of Pisa slants a tad bit over the vertical line. The instability of the ground below has caused the tower to shift its access and slightly incline. This monument was treasured in the Tuscan Romanesque period and cherished in the hearts of everyone who comes to see it.
