By cutting carbohydrates or any other form of foodstuff from your diet, you will be depriving your body from its essential source of energy, as well as necessary vitamins and minerals.
Plan your meals carefully and make a shopping list of all the food you need to buy. This way you can avoid buying unecessary items, saving you a heap of money in the process.
Fresh is always best, but if it is not practical frozen food will do just as well.
There is no such thing as a perfect solution to all weight issues. What has worked for one person may not work for another. Follow a sensible, healthy diet and soon it will become second nature.
