You should also have plenty of sprouted seeds, cuttlebone and mineral block. Make that all of the food is incredibly fresh and should your bird reject the food; be sure to remove it from the cage before it spoils. Also, if you can afford to, purchase organic food. It will be much better for your Macaw in the long run because he or she won't be ingesting potentially harmful pesticides and additives.
