There has been a lot of talk about the Taly Mind Set Trainer in the golf forums, and I decided to take a deeper look into this golf training aid.

It's an odd looking contraption, but when you see the video demos of it on their site, you'll be quite shocked and surprised at the guy hitting the ball with it on. He is absolutely killing the ball, and showing you how this training aid works.

It attaches to your lead arm, and makes your not cast or throw the club through impact. With the visual red ball leading the way, it makes it quite easy to have a very strong lead left wrist, creating maximum compression and spin on the ball, for a boring ball flight.

I have not personally used it, as I invision it be uncomfortable on the arm while you swing and hit a golf ball, but who am I to say, when I haven't actually tried it yet.

The Taly is the talk of the forums, both good and bad, but I see more raves than rants, so there must be more to it, than what we see.
