According to the sources, these new changes have taken place in Tata Motors with

the aim of recharging the passenger vehicle business and to give opportunities to the young talents. The senior officials in the commercial vehicles business stated that these new changes will not affect the truck sales that have stabilised over the last few months. A Mumbai-based Tata Motors truck dealer said that they see a lot of truck purchases with the Euro III emission norms coming into place from October. The passenger car business is soon going to launch Aria in September. This is a crossover vehicle. For the period of April-July, the sales of commercial vehicles in the domestic market were 1.32 lakh units with a growth of 32%. On the other hand Tata Motors passenger vehicles stood at 100,100 units with a 59% increase.
